On 10 June 1916, Florence Winship, 18, tried to enter America via Detroit, her contact in Canada was her sister Edith Winship. Millbrook, Ontario, she was going to join her friend Arthur Falkiner, 121 Harper Ave, she gave her birth place as Newcastle

She was refused entry - Alien states that she is 3 months pregnant but refuses to be examined physically. Alien also states that she has been taking medication to produce an abortion. In my opinion there is some superiative condition present, Debarred - Appeal taken, Cause - Criminal (Fornication)
